Returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order by sending a message to 0740522899.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

You may choose to:

Return or exchange your item by courier (delivery charges both ways may apply), or
Drop off / collect your exchange at our Colombo 06 location.

Please note that returns or exchanges requested after 3 days of receiving your order will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping or delivery charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before completing their purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order at 0740522899.
We will provide further instructions to process the exchange smoothly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the up-and-down delivery costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
In such cases, Como Wear will cover the return shipping cost.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after receiving your returned item.
